Almost five months as a National Staff and too many memories

Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you the design team for the Latin American congress "Solo Uno" (Only One), Yes, before I even started full time ministry I got the opportunity to be part of the design team for this huge dream that is on the way to become a reality next 29 of July to the 2 of August of 2015. The goal is to gather together 3000 students of all Latin America and the Caribbean for a total of 47 countries.

Ok, this is a pic of my official first week as a National Staff, in that occasion we were at UCE campus (San Pedro in the east coast of the country) There we were sharing along with the first Spring Breaker and the three business men had a conference were they openly shared the gospel. Allow me to remember the stats of that week, please.

Second week and we came back to UCE San Pedro to share the Gospel and in the afternoon we invited students and participate of the Christian Concert organized and leaded by the students leaders of our growing ministry there. They invited several christian singer known in their city together with groups that make choreography and plays. That week we shared our faith and the stats were a total of

-Spring Breakers, meet Starliner, the first National Staff of Dominican Republic -

     This was a phrase I heard a lot during these two weeks working along with college students, the national directors (Leyla and Prospero), Stinters and Spring Breakers (Vision Trip) every time I was introduced to someone. To this phrase I added the following: The first (National Staff) but not last, God willing!

     My first day this year working along with Spring Breakers as a National Staff was with the first team of Spring Break (Vision Trip), all belonging to the Mid-South region. As a first assignment I had the opportunity to give a tour to Anna and Katherine around UASD campus, at the end of the tour we sat down to pray to share our faith. We planned to walk and choose groups of no more than three students to go through the pamphlet "Would you like to know God personally," we will not make a mess.. Our first attempt was two girls sitting on the floor near the administrative offices who spoke English and they kindly said they could not pay us attention because they were busy.

-Spring Breakers, conozcan a Starliner, la primera Staff Nacional de República Dominicana.-

Esta fue una frase que yo escuche mucho durante estas dos semanas trabajando junto a los estudiantes universitarios, los directores nacionales (Leyla y Prospero), Stinters y los Spring Breakers (Vision Trip) cada vez que yo era presentada a alguien. Esta frase yo agregaba lo siguiente: La primera (Staff Nacional) pero no última, Dios mediante!

Mi primer día trabajando junto a Spring Breakers como una Staff Nacional fue junto al primer equipo este año de Spring Break (Vision Trip) de la región de Mid- South. Como primer asignación tuve la oportunidad de dar a Katherine y a Anna un tour por todo el campus universitario (UASD) , al terminar el tour nos sentamos a orar para compartir nuestra fe; teníamos planeado ir caminando y elegir grupos de no más de tres estudiantes para que al ir a través de el folletito "Le gustaría conocer a Dios personalmente" no se nos hiciera un caos. Nuestro primer intento fueron dos chicas sentadas en el suelo cerca de las oficinas administrativas quienes hablaban ingles y amablemente nos dijeron que no podían escucharnos pues estaban ocupadas.
